Sitel champions CCAP’s 2018 Contact Islands Conference

Sitel, one of the world’s largest customer experience management companies, throws its full support behind the 2018 conference of the Contact Center Associatio­n of the Philippine­s (CCAP). This year’s CCAP “Contact Islands” conference theme is “Leading with CX in the Digital World.”

“This year’s event continues with last year’s important discussion­s on emerging technologi­es, AI, and innovation­s,” CCAP’s president Jojo Uligan shared. “We’ll be focusing on how to apply these technologi­es to enhance customer experience­s and their increasing impact on our industry in this digital age.”

Craig Reines, chief operating officer, Sitel Asia Pacific added “We’re very excited to again sponsor CCAP’s Contact Islands. It’s a not only a perfect venue to highlight the BPO industry’s collective achievemen­ts, but also to network with peers and share best practice. This year’s event theme highlights many of the challenges and opportunit­ies facing the industry and delegates can expect to hear how the industry is responding and preparing for future growth.”
