-

Property-tech company Revolution Precrafted continues its aggressive global expansion campaign, this time bagging a $460 million contract to supply residential and hotel villas and other resort facilities, to be located on an expansive 80-hectare eco-resort development situated near Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Brazil becomes the 16th international market for Revolution Precrafted, which has recently expanded to South and Central America, the Caribbean, Middle East and Europe.

Under the agreement, Revolution Precrafted will be building high-end quality eco-sustainable designer homes and ecofriendly villas, on a property located an hour away from Rio de Janeiro. It is located in the northeast mountain region near Petropolis. The property features natural water resources as well as mountainous and lush vegetation and organic vegetable gardens.

Revolution Precrafted plans to use iconic architects to design and supply one- to three-bedroom homes and units measuring 50 to 200 square meters. It will also be supplying medium sized resort homes measuring 100 to 300 square meters.

“We envision the project to be one of our landmark developments in South America. It showcases our passion for eco-sustainable developments that boast environmental conscience, design and functionality,” said Revolution Precrafted founder and CEO Robbie Antonio.

The development will be complemented with glamping accommodations and commercial spaces in strategic locations around the 80-hectare resort. Construction of units is expected to begin on the first quarter of 2019.
