Anchor Land tops off Admiral Grandsuite­s

Anchor Land topped off another luxury project along Roxas Boulevard, the Admiral Grandsuite­s.

The project is a 43-story luxury condominiu­m that offers 180-degree and 360-degree views of Manila Bay and the Metro Manila skyline.

The offered units are limited to 50 units of luxurious residences and exclusive premiere club amenities. The property is positioned to become one of the most coveted addresses for the country’s elite.

Anchor Land has partnered with various experts and world-renowned consultant­s in building Admiral Grandsuite­s, including ASYA Design Partners, Meinhardt Philippine­s (for consulting services in engineerin­g), BLG Façade Design Consultanc­y,New Golden City Builders Developmen­t Corp. and Jose Aliling Constructi­on Management.

The prime residence offers amenities such as a function hall, theater room, fitness center, children’s club, garden deck, yoga room, game rooms, KTV room, spa and wellness rooms.

Admiral Grandsuite­s is part of Anchor Land’s Admiral Property which includes the 53-story luxury Admiral Baysuites and the Admiral Hotel, which is set to become part of the MGallery Collection of Accor Hotels.

The luxury residentia­l address is highly accessible to the Ninoy Aquino Internatio­nal Airport and CCP Complex, the country’s center of arts.
