Cruise, KL trip up in Highlands Cup

A four-night Royal Caribbean cruise to Singapore-Port KlangPhuke­t (or Penang)-Singapore for two will be staked as one of hole-in-one prizes in the Highlands Ladies Cup unfolding Sept. 29 at Tagaytay Midlands Golf and Country Club.

Two round-trip tickets to Kuala Lumpur, also with a four-day, three-day accommodat­ion courtesy of Regent Travel Corp. and two nights accommodat­ion in Coron, Palawan from Baron Travel Corp. will also be up for grabs for aces in the 13th staging of the event backed by Auto Nation Group, Inc., Pacific Online and W Group as Diamond sponsors.

The Royal Caribbean Internatio­nal cruise for two is offered on No. 17 while the KL and Coron trips are up for grabs on Nos. 3 and 6, respective­ly.

All prizes will be raffled off if no one sinks an ace, according to the organizing Tagaytay Highlands Ladies Chapter.

Meanwhile, Powerball Gaming and Security Bank make up the Platinum sponsors list, Kaiser Health Group, Lucerne and Royal Caribbean Int’l are the event’s Gold backers while ComWorks Inc., HBC, New Golden City Builders, PLDT-SME, Regent Travel Corp. and SM Retail are Silver sponsors.

Other backers are Bronze sponsors Baron Travel Corp., Burlington Socks, Concrete Masters, Dickies, First Life Financial Co. The 18-hole tournament will have a shotgun start and will be played under the System 36 scoring format.
