DMCI Homes, the residential arm of the Consunji-led DMCI Holdings Inc. expects higher earnings this year on steady strong sales from its residential projects.

Fairlane Residences in Kapitolyo in Pasig City, one of the major contributors, registered P7.52 billion in revenues as of Sept. 24.

The single-tower development is already 99 percent sold, with just eight units left out of its 1,140 total unit inventory.

The property arm of DMCI Holdings Inc. posted a net income of P2.49 billion for the first six months, higher than the P1.76 billion recorded in the same period last year.

“We’d like to think we have gained a strong following because of our track record of building homes that are of high-quality and value for money. Our clients really feel that they made the right decision in investing in DMCI Homes,” said DMCI Homes president Alfredo Austria.

“For us, it has always been

about whether we are making our customers happy. With the consistent strong sales of our projects, we feel this is bearing fruit for the company,” he added.

Fairlane Residences is intended for up and coming urban dwellers and young families.

It is a 51-level residential tower along West Capitol Drive, which offers a mix of spacious two-bedroom and three-bedroom units ranging from 52 to 81 square meters.
