Want a local food feast in your home? GrabFood can deliver it to you
GrabFood offers an opportunity for local and homegrown food heroes to take center stage.
“We’re delighted to keep coming up with new chances to bring people closer to things that matter to them,” shares Grab country marketing head Cindy Toh. “Transitioning from a service that lets you book rides into an everyday super app that connects multiple areas of your life means giving people access to more services, more experiences, and more solutions in an intuitive and personal way.”
With “Grab. Snap. Win!” Grab users can now vie for a chance to indulge in a massive feast provided by some of the food concepts known to local palates, simply by ordering food that’s guaranteed to be delivered through the app.
With comfort cuisine straight from the #EatsLokal collective, Grab’s roster of participating food establishments, the new promo highlights native culinary staples now available with just a tap away through GrabFood.
A total of P5,000 worth of Filipino eats are at stake for five lucky winners weekly out of all who successfully order food from #EatsLokal restaurants via the app and posted a photo or video of their meal on their Instagram page, given they had it tagged with #EatsLokal & #GrabFoodPH, and followed and liked the official GrabFood PH Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Randomly selected and announced on GrabFood PH’s Instagram page per week, the winners of “Grab. Snap. Win!” each get a chance to have P5,000 worth of food from the #EatsLokal establishment of their choice delivered straight to their doors. The promo is extended until Oct. 10, which gives riders more chances of winning.
Forming the #EatsLokal merchant assembly is a diverse group of food brands, each catering to a specific craving inherent to the Filipino taste. Every signature dish gets its own spotlight, from the ubiquitous spit-roasted chicken fare of Sari Filipino Chicken Lechon to the signature “-ber” season delicacy offered at Ferino’s Bibingka, down to the fast-casual iteration Classic Chicken Adobo, by Adobo’s Connection.
GrabFood also gives app users a one-tap gateway express into Aysee’s sinful pulutan staple, the Pork Sisig with Egg, the lauded and renowned Classic Pares of Pares Retiro fame, Moonshine’s own Porkchop Express, and the ever flavorsome Rufo’s Famous Tapa.
GrabFood makes last-minute luncheons possible with the mouthwateringly tempting addition of dishes from 8065 Bagnet, GoodAh!!!, Sentro 1771, Pansit Malabon, and Empanada Nation.
