An innovation in slim air-conditioning
Leading global manufacturer Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, through local affiliate International Elevator and Equipment Inc. (IEE), recently launched a breakthrough airconditioning solution in an event aptly themed, “Unveiling the Mystery of Winter Wonderland,” held at Conrad Manila Hotel.
Mitsubishi Electric’s new PSY Series floor-standing airconditioner under the Mr. Slim Inverter Series answers the need for cooling technologies that are efficient, quick and easy to install. The PSY Series’ streamlined features offer comfortable cooling that at the same time do away with big, bulky, and noisy airconditioning systems.
“The PSY Series floor-standing, split type air-conditioner is testimony to Mitsubishi Electric Corporation’s commitment to design and build superb quality products that give optimum comfort, efficiency, and durability for users,” said IEE vice president Melecio B. Vicencio “We want to keep innovating to continuously make positive impact in the market for the benefit of our business partners.”
The PSY Series diversifies the capabilities of the Mr. Slim Inverter Series as it provides for a wide range of airconditioning needs, whether it’s for small rooms, offices or large commercial spaces. “This new product demonstrates Mitsubishi Electric’s ‘Changes for the Better’ mantra which means offering only the best services and latest technologies that contribute to a safe and sustainable environment,” noted Hotaka Ishikawa, group leader of Southeast Asian Group at Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.
Ramoncito A. Ocampo, IEE president, led the ceremonial toast together with Mitsubishi Electric and IEE executives to formally introduce the new PSY Series floorstanding air-conditioner in the Philippines.
The PSY Series air-conditioning technology has a cooling capacity that ranges from 8.8 kW to 13.4 kW. Its indoor unit boasts a long-life filter that has a maximum service life of about 2,500 office hours when used in average office conditions.
