The Bellevue Manila recently hosted the Scandinavian Food Festival, a semi-formal luncheon that brought guests to a gastronomic journey to the heart of Scandinavia.
The event, held at the hotel’s Alabang function room, was a delightful exploration of the best of Danish, Norwegian and Swedish cuisines. It was done under the brilliant leadership of The Bellevue Hotels and Resorts (BH&R) chairman Johnny Chan and his sons The Bellevue Manila
managing director Patrick Chan, B Hotels managing director Ryan Chan and The Bellevue Resort managing director Dustin Chan.
The hotel’s outstanding team of chefs, led by BH&R group executive chef Stephan Oppenhagen, crafted a mouthwatering assortment of Scandinavian dishes ranging from appetizers to main courses and desserts.
At the event, Danish Ambassador Jan Top Christensen charmed the guests with stories from his homeland.
