BPO company keeps winning streak in employee engagement

-

Hauling awards speak volumes about who a company is and what it has to offer. But even though award titles may be dedicated to a particular person, department, or the organization as a whole, the true champions are and will always be its people for the Teledirect Group.

The BPO company credits employees as its strong determinant of success, which explains Teledirect Philippines’ over 5,000 successful programs implemented and a customer acquisition record of three million gained in a span of more than two decades.

Teledirect and its counterparts in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Japan and Spain has continuously strengthened its employee engagement programs with employee happiness and satisfaction at the core of its corporate culture. The company, through its employee engagement and diversity and inclusion programs, aims to redefine what it means to work in BPO which is otherwise infamous for its stressful environment and high attrition rate. Attrition rate inside Teledirect has been a low two to four percent in 2018.

Teledirect recently added more awards to its cache of citations which is already composed of more than 180 awards earned through years of cultivating employee happiness and satisfaction.

The company won a coveted “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2019” citation conferred by HR Asia, Asia’s most authoritative publication for senior HR professionals. The BPO firm bested over 190 companies when it joined 23 other cream of the crop Philippine organizations that were recognized for their best-in-class employee engagement strategies.

“The award is testament to how we at Teledirect live up to our values and purpose – and these have always made our company strong. Employees are truly the primary assets in our organization. This citation goes to all the men and women who have taken the company to where it is today and made our clients even more successful along the way,” said Vanessa Faye Garcia, head of Client Solutions, who received the award in behalf of the Teledirect Group.

In other countries in Asia, the company also hauled several more esteemed awards that further affirm the group’s compelling synergy as an award-winning organization. These include “Malaysia’s Best Employer Brand Award” at the World HRD Congress, and “The Best Graduate Recruiter of the Year (Individual Category) – Bronze Award” by Asia Recruitment Awards conferred in Singapore.

Teledirect Group CEO Laurent Junique also received a prestigious “Cornerstone Best C-Suite Leader” achievement during the inaugural HR Fest Awards 2019. The accolade recognizes the outstanding achievements of C-level executives for championing HR strategies, initiatives and innovation across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
