World Food Month discounts at Heny Sison Culinary School

The Heny Sison Culinary School declares October 2019 as its first celebratio­n of World Food Month (WFM). The school intends to popularize different Internatio­nal Lifestyle Classes as a gateway to taste delicious foreign flavors.

“It is in my travels where I get much inspiratio­n,” said founder Heny Sison. “It is good to embrace cultures and cuisines that are different than yours.” Almost two decades ago, Heny invited Italian chef Giorgio Bucciarell­i to join the Heny Sison Culinary School family to teach its first Internatio­nal Lifestyle Class. Since then, the school has invited more instructor­s to teach their country’s cuisine, adding new flavors to its lineup of Lifestyle Classes.

For this October, a handful of Internatio­nal Lifestyle Classes where students will learn various global cuisines first-hand from an impressive roster of foreign and Filipino instructor­s. This World Food Month, the students will be taking a culinary journey around the world through no less than twentysix Internatio­nal Lifestyle Classes.

WFM classes include a new Indian Cuisine class that features popular dishes served during one of India’s major festivals. There will also be a Floral Arrangemen­t class that showcases a variety of internatio­nal techniques in global floral designs. Chef Heny Sison will also offer a new Israeli Cuisine class.

Chef Giorgio Bucciarell­i will be teaching Italian Pizza Workshop I and II. Chef Koichi Kondo will be teaching Japanese Rice Toppings and Sushi Class. Chef Chariya Bahmornsoo­t will be teaching Easy Thai Cooking and Thai Barbeque Class. Chef Cecile Park will be teaching Korean Cooking I and II. Indian Cuisine Expert Preeti Riar will be teaching A Taste of India: Curries and Kebabs and A Taste of India: Diwali Festival Favorites. Lastly, Chef Minh Ta will be teaching Saigon Street Food and Vietnamese Cuisine Workshop.

As a special offer during the World Food Month celebratio­n, the Heny Sison Culinary School is excited to give away discounts for all students including a six percent off for two pre-booked WFM classes; 8% off for three pre-booked WFM classes; 8% off for all students who have taken four or more lifestyle classes in the last two years and 8% off for all Essential Series graduates
