IDC shortlisted for Philippine Buyers’ Choice Property Awards

-

Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), last year’s The Outlook-Philippine Buyers’ Choice Property Awards winner for Best Innovation Project of the Year, has been shortlisted again this year in five categories.

Real estate developers had the possibility of nominating their prominent projects under 17 categories. IDC’s, two latest developments, Miramonti Green Residences and Primavera City, were nominated for Best MixedUse Development in Luzon and Best Boutique Developer, and Best MixedUse Development and Best Boutique Developer in Visayas and Mindanao, respectively.

Primavera City will soon rise in uptown Cagayan de Oro. The sevenclassic tower development will feature green building strategies and energy saving technologies together with distinctive ltalian design and world-class construction standards. The attention to detail and elegant ambience will make Primavera City a highlight in Philippine mid-rise architecture.

The third IDC project, Miramonti Green Residences, is a mixed-use high-rise development set against the breathtaking backdrop of majestic Mt. Makiling in Sto. Tomas Batangas. Miramonti means “view of the mountain,” in Italian. Inspired by its view, Miramonti Green Residences is yet another example of the brand of design-driven sustainable architecture that IDC is introducing to the country’s emerging cities.

All shortlisted projects will be part of a survey among thousands of property seekers that will be grouped in audience groups and will only vote in categories that match their search interests.

IDC, a publicly listed multi-awardwinning design driven developer of sustainable properties focused on emerging cities in the Philippines, was established in 2009 by architect Romolo V. Nati and Atty. Jose D. Leviste, III.

IDC’s latest projects were awarded in The Outlook-Lamudi 2018, and as Best Mixed-use Development in the Philippines by Asia Pacific Property Awards in 2018 and 2019.

All nominated projects were screened by an esteemed board of judges.

Rick Santos, chairman and CEO of Santos Knight Frank; Jason Buensalido, principal architect and founder of Bu ens ali do+ Architects; and Kenneth Stern, country manager of RE/MAX Philippines were part of the board of judges.
