The Center for Global Best Practices is launching a pioneering program titled, “Inheritanc­e and Disinherit­ance Law of the Philippine­s” on Dec. 5, 2019 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, Resorts World Complex, Pasay City.

This one-day training will provide families a comprehens­ive understand­ing of the general principles as well as solutions to specific cases and issues faced by grandparen­ts, parents, children (legitimate, illegitima­te, adopted), immediate family members, other relatives and stakeholde­rs who will benefit from an inheritanc­e. This special lecture will also include relevant and recent Supreme Court rulings on inheritanc­e disputes within and among family members.

He is an authority in the practice of taxation and commercial law with over 43 years of teaching experience and 25 years with the Bank of Philippine Islands – capping his career as its vice president and head of the Legal Services Division.
