Government services reopen at Robinsons malls nationwide

-

Robinsons Malls, one of the country’s largest mall operators, has reopened in areas under GCQ. Mall operations are still limited and not all shops inside these lifestyle centers are allowed to open.

Some government agencies that have satellite branches inside Robinsons Malls have reopened as the government slowly eases its quarantine measures, bringing much needed services to Filipinos. The mall group also operates the Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center (RMLPC), a one-stop shop of various government agency services for seamless transactions.

Some organizations under the RMLPC include Social Security System (SSS), Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Land Transportation Office (LTO), Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG),

Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) and Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

RMLPC has put together various government offices in one place to make it easier for Filipinos to transact with multiple agencies at one time. Aside from being more convenient and comfortable, It is also much safer since the mall group strictly implements pandemic guidelines.

While some may be a bit wary to do transactions in public, private companies like Robinsons Land Corp. and various government agencies are working together to provide better service and a safe environment to customers, members and applicants. These new rules are the only way to protect Filipinos in the fight against COVID-19.
