Century Properties Group (CPG), the listed property developer of the Antonio Group, has lined up two projects to be launched in the first half.

The projects, under CPG’s premium brands, include The Hotel Residences at Acqua in Mandaluyong City, to be launched in the first quarter. This development offers move-in ready, hotel-fitted and fully furnished suites.

Another project under CPG’s renowned Azure brand is a residential development in its resort-inspired estate in San Fernando, Pampanga, Azure North.

CPG will launch its first mid-rise residential development at Azure North with the first tower offering 375 units.

Azure North by Century Properties is a resort-inspired residential development in the heart of Pampanga, which builds on the success of Azure Urban Resort Residences in the South in Parañaque.

Part of Azure North are unique amenities including a beach lagoon, iwave and lap pools, and an exclusive Azure Beach Clubhouse.

The whole development is conveniently located near major malls, commercial establishments, and the Clark International Airport.

CPG said the two new projects in the pipeline would expand the company’s portfolio of premium developments.

The company’s existing projects include Acqua Private Residences in Mandaluyong City, which the company calls as the Philippines’ first residential Eden, featuring a tropical rainforest-inspired design.

Acqua also features “The Pebble,” a waterfront clubhouse. Other amenities include a lap pool, whirlpool bath, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts.

Another existing CPG development is Azure Urban Resort Residences situated in Bicutan, Parañaque City.

The development has a large-scale man-made beach concept and has both outdoor and indoor beach-inspired amenities, a wave pool with a wave machine, a lagoon pool, infinity lap pool, beach bar, children’s beach playground, beach volleyball area, basketball court and The Azure Beach Club.

Aside from its premium brand, CPG also has its affordable segment under thePhirst Park Homes brands.
