Century Properties Group (CPG) has expanded its residential footprint with the recent completion of the first block of NULIV Townvillas at Acqua.

The company expects to generate over P1 billion in revenue from the project, according to Century Properties managing director Carlo Antonio.

“We are proud to top off our inaugural Premium In City product offering located in Acqua, Mandaluyong. Our Acqua Town Villas has a total of 22 units with over P1 billion of revenue and average unit price of P45 million,” he said.

Century has allotted P500 million for capital expenditures. Block A is targeted to be completed this year while Block B is slated for completion in 2025.

Situated in Mandaluyong City, Century NULIV Townvillas at Acqua constitutes a lowdensity high street featuring 22 multi-story houses and lots on an exclusive road behind Acqua Private Residences.

The company is targeting urban dwellers seeking tranquility within the city.

Each town villa occupies a spacious lot, featuring levels with glass balconies and highceiling windows.

Launched formally in October 2022, Century Nuliv is the company’s newest brand which is a response to changes in real estate market standards and post-pandemic customer preferences.

The brand aims to provide homes in prime locations, featuring modern services, amenities, and practical home designs that support life’s essentials.

According to Century, the villas come in two configurations: a 227-square meter, three-story unit and a fourstory, 312 sqm unit priced from P40 million to P60 million.

Moving forward, Century Nuliv plans to build premium low to mid-rise homes in key cities within and outside Metro Manila. This includes Townvillas in Azure North, San Fernando, Pampanga.

CPG may enter into partnerships on a per project basis for Century NULIV, depending on opportunities that may beavailable for the company.
