How to develop a winning team
An engaged team will do more than simply create a productive work environment. It will generate more revenues for your organization. According to a recent Gallup study, businesses with the highest levels of employee engagement had 21 percent higher levels of profitability.
To help develop a winning team, the Center for Global Best Practices will host a world-class training online titled “Best Practices in Developing your Team” on Feb. 29, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. via Zoom.
This training will discuss the current trends and best practices in organizing and developing teams that can perform activities faster and more efficiently in a complex environment while driving change and innovation. They must work collaboratively in various types of team configurations while being led and managed by a competent leader in every level of an organization. In this half-day webinar, we will feature specific types of team designs that are becoming critically important — process-based teams, project teams, and communities of practice — while linking them to unique coaching and facilitating styles of leadership.
Learn from US-based guru and book author, Phillip Ash, who will share transformative lessons and valuable insights designed to equip professionals of today’s dynamic business environment. He led the leadership training programs at the Asian Development Bank and created its online learning program that provided training and development services that grew to more than 40 online and blended courses. While serving as an advisor to the director-general for finance and human resources, he led the re-alignment efforts that transformed ADB’s functional approach toward HR to a more strategic focus.
