STEP INTO YOUR BEST LIFE THIS LUNAR NEW YEAR

- By PAMELA IMPERIAL

Mr. Norman Cruz was a corporate man who started delving into Feng Shui in 2004. He is celebrating his 20th year in the practice, stating that it has given him the meaning of contentment, and opportunities to be part of life transformations not only for himself but for others. He ensures that whatever he teaches others, he has been able to apply successfully and effectively for himself. “Financial blessings will come,” he shares, “but the most important is helping other people solve their problems in terms of health, wealth, and happiness. This is what kept me going.”

The feng shui expert stressed that for the Year of the Wood Dragon, as dragons are mythical creatures that are very strong, determined, and creative, there are a lot of possibilities to improve and make things better, while there are challenges and confrontations to expect. What will be important is for people to prepare mentally by guarding their mental health, and secondly, their emotions. This is because the center of every space and home - is the self.

The Year of the Wood Dragon calls for people to remember that challenges or conflicts are change, so it would be best to institute the changes they want and to be open to learning things unconventionally. This is how people can equip themselves, and become better versions of themselves.

This proactiveness also applies to how people can take action in terms of homes and properties. Norman gave his tips and guidance as this Year of the Wood Dragon also stepped into period 9, the most auspicious number.

Knowing where you should stay can make a difference in your feng shui and your life. This can be applied to your whole home (big tai chi), your room (small tai chi), your office, or even in a mall or in a restaurant. For example, if you are working in a café, and want to attract people who can help you, whip out that phone compass and sit at the northwest!

Ultimately, Cruz stressed, nothing comes automatically, while feng shui is a guide, there should be an action - doing something that will bring you closer to what you want. This applies, what-ever you may believe.

So, Gong Xi Fa Cai, readers, may we all step into our best lives this 2024!

For Feng Shui in the Year of the Wood Dragon, it is all about knowing where to be in, and where NOT to be in. It goes beyond buying items; the most important is to know where to work, or where to be in your house. To do this, he recommends standing in the middle of your location with a phone compass, and demarcating and looking for these areas:
