BRINGING THE DREAM TO LIFE

Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG), a joint venture between two real estate giants—Philippines and Japan's Federal Land Inc. and Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd— is set to usher in a new way of human living with its inaugural project in Cavite.

"Yume," which means "dream or vision" in Japanese, will unfold as a sprawling horizontal residential enclave, seamlessly integrating urban conveniences and suburban tranquility. Yume is envisioned to be a uniquely nurturing neighborhood that offers the perfect setting for families to start to grow and thrive.

A NEW ERA OF URBAN LIVING

Moreover, Yume is a neighborhood that aspires to be home to thriving communities because of FNG’s conscious effort to preserve nature’s legacy by retaining existing old and majestic trees. This blends with the neighborhood’s design character that is uniquely modern Japanese rooted in minimalist principles, encouraging living to thrive with the community’s refreshing indoor and outdoor amenities— punctuated with beautiful open lawn Japanese gardens. FNG is developing only 10 of the 18 hectares, leaving the remaining area for open spaces, natural parks, landscaped gardens, streetscapes, and roads.

With only 296 lots spread across six clusters, Yume offers a lowdensity living experience designed for modern families. Lot sizes range from 300 sqm to 527 sqm, with turnover expected by 2026. Definitely, Yume sets the stage for a new era of urban living, blending Japanese elegance with Filipino warmth.

Yume is an 18-hectare residential neighborhood is located within Riverpark and is strategically accessible through the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), Yume as a fusion of Filipino and Japanese expertise is built on principles that aim to encourage community building and relationships through spaces that are easy to navigate, where residents feel safe and protected. Mobility is also an important planning consideration in ensuring walkable and safe streets that are near parks, open spaces, and village amenities.

THE NEXT GEN CITY OF THE SOUTH

Riverpark is the first major development under the Federal Land Communities product line, as the company continues to grow its portfolio with developments that shape the future of the industry. Federal Land's expansion into developing multi-use, masterplanned communities is a natural progression signifying a new era in the company's journey. The new frontier of growth and development, Riverpark is a key economic and industrial center conveniently adjacent to Metro Manila with a future CALAX interchange to open next to it, boasting a robust residential market as the most populous province in the country.

Riverpark is a dynamic 600-hectare community in Cavite poised to provide smart living— lifestyle-enhancing developments in a landscape that integrates both river and parkside experiences. This Next Gen City of the South is how Federal Land will set a new stage for how Filipinos should live—a future city built for a new generation of human living.
