2024 PHILIPPINES YEARBOOK LAUNCHES AT RIZAL PARK HOTEL BALLROOM

The 2024 Philippines Yearbook launch on February 27 at the Rizal Park Hotel Ballroom felt like a high school reunion — albeit one featuring some of the country’s most accomplished individuals. Organized by the Pulp Live World production team, the event saw the who’s who of various fields come together to celebrate their collective achievements and look forward to what’s next.

The theme of this year’s Philippines Yearbook, “Faces of the Future,” was brought to life not just through the pages of the yearbook itself but also through the presence of nearly everyone featured in it. Basketball prodigy Kieffer Alas attended the launch with his proud parents, Louie and Liza, adding a touch of family to the festivities. His presence also symbolized the youthful vigor and promise that the yearbook aims to showcase. The Limpe-Aw brothers from Destileria Limtuaco and the Dy siblings of Seiko Philippines/Timeplus Corporation mingled with each other and their peers, sharing stories of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Mayor Joy Belmonte of Quezon City, lauded in the pages of the yearbook as a “Marvelous Mayor,” really lived up to that description on the night of the launch. Despite having a lot on her plate, she made the effort to attend the event, going straight to the Rizal Park Hotel from the airport after fulfilling an out-of-town work commitment in Kenya, Africa. Fresh off a plane, she brought with her an enthusiasm that elevated the proceedings. Her energy served as a reminder that excellence comes with no shortcuts.

Denice Sy of Ever Bilena was also among the esteemed guests. Her presence contributed to the evening’s celebratory spirit. Plus, additional catering by Seoul Train and drinks from Ralph’s Wines and Spirits ensured that the revelry was both memorable and enjoyable for all. It was less a formal event and more a celebration of what makes the Philippines unique: its people.

The 2024 edition of the Philippines Yearbook is more than a simple compilation of profiles; it’s an invitation to explore the narratives of those shaping the future of the Philippines. Through the lives of these individuals, many of them from the dynamic Generation Z and under 45 years of age, the yearbook not only highlights their innovative thinking, unwavering determination, and visionary leadership but also positions them as harbingers of change and progress.

As readers flip through the yearbook, they’re invited not just to see the achievements of these individuals but to feel inspired by the passion and purpose that drive them. As the Philippines stands on the brink of change, this Yearbook serves as a window into the soul of a nation. It offers inspiration and insight into the capable hands molding the future.

Overall, the launch was a reminder that the future is bright for the Philippines. It was a night to remember, not for its grandeur, but for the genuine spirit of optimism and community it celebrated.
