Gotianun–led property developer Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) is teaming up with global co-working space provider KMC Community Inc. to address rising demand for co-working spaces in the Philippines.
FLI and KMC have launched a joint venture company called Our Space Solutions Inc. (OSSI), which will establish, operate, develop, manage and maintain flexible work spaces, including offering private serviced office seats and co-working arrangements within commercial buildings across the country.
The first OSSI locations are situated in Axis Tower One, a prime office building within Filinvest City’s Northgate Cyberzone.
It is targeting to open more co-working spaces in FLI’s Makati, Quezon City and Pasig City office properties.
“The rise of remote work has significantly reshaped the landscape of office spaces. Our partnership with KMC, a recognized leader in the co-working industry, allows us to address this growing demand with innovative and adaptable solutions under the Our Space Solutions Inc. brand and further provides alternate rental solutions to improve occupancy of FLI and FREIT office spaces,” FLI president and CEO Tristan Las Marias said.
FLI has a diverse project portfolio spanning from its core best-value homes to residential townships, mid- and highrise condominiums, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial parks, co-living properties and leisure developments.
KMC is bringing its extensive experience in designing and managing vibrant coworking communities to the partnership.
