Katarina Rodriguez wins Miss World Philippines 2018
Katarina Rodriguez is the new Miss World Philippines titleholder.
The 26-year-old Davaoeña was crowned Miss World Philippines 2018 during the grand coronation held at the Mall of Asia Arena, Sunday night, October 7.
Besting 39 other candidates, Katarina will compete at the 68th edition of the Miss World pageant, which is scheduled to take place in Sanya, China on December 8, 2018.
Katarina also bagged other special awards such as Miss Bluewater Day Spa, Miss Cosmo Skin, Best in Long Gown, and the winner of the Beach Beauty Challenge.
Prior to her Miss World Philippines 2018 stint, Katarina already won the Bb. Pilipinas-Intercontinental title at the Binibining Pilipinas 2017 pageant.
