Pedro Figueiredo attained a top -10 at the Invitational Pro-Am, in the Algarve. The third edition of the PGA Europe organized tournament distributed 41650 euro in prize money, with fifty professionals and fifty amateurs playing at Quinta do Lago, with the first round on the Laranjal course, the second on the South course, and the third on the North course, a venue that has hosted the Portugal open, on the European Tour. Pedro Figueiredo attained a good third place finish, tied with Britton Gary Wostenholme, a former star of European amateur golf and presently a great figure on the European Senior Tour, with 208 strokes, 8 under par. “Figgy” finished four strokes from the champion, Swede Peter Gustafsson (65+64+75), who was at one time a member of the European Tour. Pedro Figueiredo obteve um bom 3º lugar, empatado com o inglês Gary Wostenholme, uma antiga estrela do golfe amador europeu e atual figura grande do European Senior Tour, com 208 pancadas, 8 abaixo do Par. “Figgy” ficou a 4 pancadas do campeão, o sueco Peter Gustafsson (65+64+75), que chegou a ser membro do European Tour.
