EASTER FESTIVAL AT GOLF S. ANTONIO
Golf Santo António, at Parque da Floresta, held their Easter Festival between 14th and 17th April, consisting of a combination of events, Texas Scramble, Pairs Better Ball, Dubai and Am Am competitions. The final day included a prize giving dinner party, which filled the Clubhouse Spike Restaurant and prizes were awarded to the winners. After the dinner Golf Santo António provided live entertainment and those in attendance danced the night away to the magnificent sound of ‘The Links’… Golf Manager, Rui Gloria was extremely pleased with the success of the event. “Once again we are absolutely delighted with the support given to this event by both members and visitors for which I would like to personally thank them”. The next major event to be held is the Autumn Festival which this year will run from 22nd until 27th September. The club holds twice weekly competitions, which are open to visitors, and regularly attract in excess of 50 players.
OGolfe Santo António, no Parque da Floresta, realizou, entre os dias 14 e 17 de Abril, o Festival da Páscoa, que consistiu numa combinação de competições: Texas Scramble, Pares Melhor Bola, Dubai e Am Am. O último dia incluiu a festa de entrega de prémios, que encheu o Restaurante Clubhouse Spike e os prémios foram distribuídos pelos vencedores. Após o jantar houve música ao vivo e os presentes dançaram pela noite dentro ao som magnífico dos “The Links”... O Responsável de Golfe, Rui Glória ficou encantado com o sucesso do evento. “Estamos mais uma vez absolutamente satisfeitos com o apoio dado pelos membros e visitantes a este evento, aos quais gostaria de agradecer pessoalmente”. O próximo grande evento será o Festival de outono que irá decorrer entre 22 e 27 de setembro. As competições bi-semanais do clube, abertas aos visitantes, e atraem regularmente mais de 50 jogadores.
