Open Day Golf gathered more than 300 in Jamor

More than 200 people, from a total of about 300 visitors, has a golf experience in another edition of Open Day Golf, held last November at the National Center for Golf Training in Jamor, Oeiras. Among them the Olympic athletes Joana Pratas (sailing), Arnaldo Abrantes (athletics) and Gonçalo Carvalho (dressage). The golf experience was divided into four stations. Each person received a “passport” at the beginning of the circuit, after which they passed through the various stations of the game: putting green, chipping green, driving range and golf course, where they played a hole. At each of the stations there was a coach who provided instruction and stamped the passport. Balls and clubs were distributed free of charge to the participants. Mais de duzentas pessoas, de um total de cerca de trezentos visitantes, experimentaram a modalidade em mais uma edição do Golfe Open Day, realizada no passado sábado no Centro Nacional de Formação de Golfe de Jamor, Oeiras. Entre eles os atletas olímpicos Joana Pratas (vela), Arnaldo Abrantes (atletismo) e Gonçalo Carvalho (hipismo). A experiência de golfe foi dividida por quatro momentos. Cada pessoa recebia um “passaporte” no início do circuito, após o que passavam pelos vários momentos do jogo: putting green, chipping green, driving range e campo, onde jogavam um buraco. Em cada um dos “postos” havia um treinador que carimbava o passaporte. Bolas e tacos foram distribuídos gratuitamente por todo o público.
