4th Southern Circuit Tournament
Carlos Poucochinho was the absolute winner of the 4th Tournament of the South Circuit, organized by the Southern Delegation of ANSGP at Pinheiros Altos (Quinta do Lago), in excellent conditions. In the event there were players from 21 clubs from the north, center, Alentejo and Algarve. Poucochinho, from Lagos city, won in gross with 30 points and was also the first in net with 39, but the trophy for low Net went to Carlos Afonso with 37 points, followed by José Luís Barroso with 36 and Eduardo Godinho, from Beja, with 33. The first Senior Master was Luís Gama, Miramar, with 36 points and the first Lady was Manuela Paulino with 30. Among the guests Nick Darley won with 26 points. The special prizes went to Carlos Poucochinho and Fátima Pita. O algarvio Carlos Poucochinho foi o vencedor absoluto do 4º Torneio do Circuito Sul, organizado pela Delegação Sul da ANSGP nos Pinheiros Altos (Quinta do Lago), em excelentes condições. Em prova estiveram jogadores oriundos de 21 clubes do norte, centro, Alentejo e Algarve. Carlos Poucochinho, de Lagos, ganhou em gross com 30 pontos e foi também o primeiro em net com 39. Mas o troféu do 1º net foi para Carlos Afonso com 37 pontos, seguido de José Luís Barroso com 36 e Eduardo Godinho, de Beja, com 33. O primeiro Master Senior foi Luís Gama, Miramar, com 36 pontos e a primeira senhora foi Manuela Paulino com 30. Entre os convidados ganhou Nick Darley com 26 pontos. Os prémios especiais foram para Carlos Poucochinho e Fátima Pita.
