Figueiredo secures European Tour Card

Portuguese Pedro Figueiredo was successful in the long and highly competitive European Tour Qualifying Final Phase, which took place over six days, over the Hills and Lakes of the Lumine Golf Club in Tarragona, Spain. With the qualification reserved only for the top 28, Figueiredo finished the tournament in 18th place and will play for the second year in a row on the main European Professional Tour, with the company of Ricardo Santos, who qualified via the Challenge Tour. In his first season on the European Tour in 2018/2019 Figgy was 177th in the Race to Dubai, when only the top 115 on the table kept the Tour card.
