RICO ORDEIX, JOHN DOE y RICHARD ROE como posibles tenedores del pagaré extraviado. Queda emplazado y notificado de que en este Tribunal se ha radicado una demanda de cancelación de pagaré extraviado otorgado el 2 de febrero de 2019 en garantía de un pagaré a favor de Jaime Alberto Rico Ordeix, también conocido como Jaime A. Rico Ordeix, o a su orden, por la suma principal de $79,000.00, con intereses al 5% anual y vencedero el 2 de febrero de 2024, constituida mediante la Escritura 3, Affidávit 1650, otorgada en San Juan ante el notario Ricardo M. González Cruz, inscrita al Folio 102 del Tomo 699 de Carolina, Finca 36,592, inscripción séptima, Registro de la Propiedad de Carolina, sección primera, en su contra.
