Company awards two Nepali employees

Nasser al-Ali, owner of the company, handed over the reward to the employees who excelled during their long-time tenure in the company with sheer dedication

Nasser Al Ali Enterprise­s, an IOS certified company, recently awarded its two Nepali employees namely; Najamudin Kawari and Dev Prasad Rai, with a purse worth QR15,000 each for their 10-year-long service in the enterprise.

Nasser al-Ali, owner of the company, handed over the reward to the employees who excelled during their long-time tenure in the company with sheer dedication.

Kawari who come from Mohatari district of Nepal belongs to a very poor family. He came to Qatar in 2009 as a constructi­on worker and later got promoted as trade worker.

He appreciate­s Nasser al-Ali and hails him as a good employer. “Nasser is my employer and friend; he has made a mark in my life.” He plans to use the reward money for the better education of his children. His elder son is currently working in Qatar as a constructi­on worker.

Rai also belongs to a poor family of Nepal and landed in Qatar in 2009 to work as a helper and now he can do any kind of trade category work. Nasser al-Ali said: “It was my pleasant moment when I awarded my employees and my employees are my family members, so their contributi­on towards my company will always be appreciate­d.”

He added: “I wanted to share some of my profit with my employees so that the company and employee relations can get stronger for the years to come.”
