AFRIQUE AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE: The aromatherapy massage combines the natural therapeutic properties of essential oils and the healing power of massage therapy. Choose a blend of African essential oils and relax in a gentle massage with long strokes.
SLEEP IMPROVEMENT: This treatment is designed to help de-stress, reconnect body and mind, and fight jet lag to improve sleep quality. It consists of a well-respected combination of guided meditation using chimes and rain sticks, aromatherapy and pineal gland acupressure, which produces melatonin needed for a healthy sleep-wake cycle.
