Ooredoo broadens its digital experience for B2B customers

OOREDOO, Qatar’s leading digital enabler has announced the addition of a WhatsApp ordering facility to its business customers’ access to its services.

Business customers of the telecommun­ication leader can now use WhatsApp to position orders, as part of its vision of ‘Enriching people’s digital lives,’ and to provide additional support as the COVID-19 pandemic situation continues.

B2B customers can position an order quickly and easily by outlining the order and adding the appropriat­e documents to the dedicated WhatsApp line on 4414 1111.

The dedicated WhatsApp line for Business customers will be open seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., with a team of experts on hand to provide guidance and assistance.
