Ministry of Interior to hold webinar on services of Search and Follow Up, CEI departments today

THE Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Interior (MoI) will be organising an awareness webinar on the services of the ministry’s Search and Follow Up Department, and Criminal Evidences and Information Department (CEID) on Wednesday, from 9.30am to 11.30am, through video conferencing.

During the webinar, a speaker from the Search and Follow Up Department will present a paper on various functions and services of the department, such as the delivery of the service to the public, sections under the department, instructions for employers and residents, detention centre and its services, and legal offenses in accordance with Law No.21 of 2015 regulating entry, exit and residence of the expatriates.

In the second presentation of the webinar, the speaker from the CEID will explain the functions of the department and services rendered to the public, including the finger printing, police clearance certificate and service delivery points, and required documents for each service.

The targeted audience of the seminar are the admin, HR, finance, safety and security managers and PROs of public and private companies and schools, as well as the heads and representatives of expat communities. Interested members of the general public also can attend the seminar as it is an open session for all with the aim of raising awareness among the general public.
