OTB ‘Poke Bowl’ joins dining menus at Hilton Hotels

FOLLOWIN the successful launch of Hilton’s own pop-up brand OTB (Out The Box) with OTB burgers in February 2021, Hilton’s seven hotels in Qatar will add the popular Hawaiian Poke Bowl’ dish to their menus in selected restaurants, in-room dining, and delivery.

Four avour-packed takes on the poke bowl a traditional dish of sliced fish will debut on July 12 and will be available until mid-October. The Buckaroo Bowl with crispy beef, the vegan-friendly Loco Coco Bowl with coconut tofu, the gluten-free Monkey Nut Bowl with chicken satay and tofu, and the et Hooked Bowl with salmon and miso tuna are among the new Poke Bowl options, which range in price from QR69 to QR79. All bowls are made to order daily from fresh ingredients and are high in protein, avor, and positive energy

OTB poke sides such as crispy beef, marinated soy ginger salmon, miso tuna, chicken satay, crispy coconut tofu, and tempura prawns are also available on the Poke Bowl menu, with prices ranging from QR20 to QR25. Diners can also create a combo meal for QR 89 by adding a beverage of their choice to their bowl.
