Qatar Tourism promotes Doha as homeport for cruisers at Seatrade Cruise Global 2021
ATAR Tourism recently participated in the Seatrade Cruise Global 2021 exhibition and conference in Miami. The country was represented by a delegation made up of four government and private sector organisations.
Cruise is expected to be a particularly vibrant sub-sector of tourism in atar during the FIFA World Cup atar 2022, with oha Port undergoing a comprehensive redevelopment that will transform it into a major hub for cruise ships. The atari delegation investigated the most recent technologies, experiences, and practices that will aid in the recovery of the cruise industry.
atar Tourism representatives met with representatives from Emerald Cruises, Silversea Cruises, TUI Cruises, Atlas Ocean Voyages, Azamara Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival Maritime. The state of the industry was discussed, as well as updates on each liner’s future plans. atar Tourism promoted oha as a homeport, addressed the creation of itineraries for luxury and small discovery ships in atari waters, and provided updates on the development of oha Port and the destination itself.
