MES off-campus hosts ‘Info-Day’ on higher education in Malaysia
A two-day career guidance event on higher studies in Malaysia was organised for parents and aspiring students by TJS Study Steps, Malaysia, in association with MES off-campus.
Called ‘Info Day’, the event was held at the Conference Hall of the school on May 13-14. Several universities including Taylors University, Asia Pacific University, SEGI University, University of Cyberjaya and University of Southampton Malaysia participated in the event. Counsellors from each university delivered lecture sessions providing career guidance assistance during the programme.
The event was inaugurated by chief guest Ambassador of Malaysia to Qatar HE Zamshari Shaharan. Ahmad Razaly Bin Abdul Rahim, Consulate of Education, Malaysia and Dubai, was the guest of honour on the occasion.
Dr Najeeb, officiating president, MES Governing Board, highlighted the commitment and involvement shown by the school management in the academic enhancement especially in higher studies through the MES off-campus.
Hameeda Kadar, Principal, MES Indian School, recommended the students to get enrolled in such higher educational institutions of repute and world standard.
In his inaugural address, the Malaysian Ambassador, Zamshari Shaharan welcomed the students for higher studies in Malaysia as the universities offer quality education and make all the aspiring candidates into a fully-fledged professionals in the field of their choice.
Samiuallah Shaikh, Managing Director of TJS, welcomed the gathering while Shaeikh Abrar, TJS co-founder proposed a vote of thanks. Manmadhan Mambally, Administrator of MES Offcampus, coordinated the event and Muhammad Khamaruddin Jasin, Counsellor at Malaysian Embassy accompanied the Embassy delegation.
