‘Dadu’ signs on Dogus Group as Founding Family member

DADU, Children’s Museum of Qatar, has signed on Turkish Doğuş Group as one of the ‘Founding Family’ members of Qatar’s first publicly funded national entity in a ceremony that took place in the National Museum of Qatar.

The ceremony of the longterm sponsorshi­p agreement signing was attended by key dignitarie­s including the Chairperso­n of Qatar Museums Her Excellency Sheikha Al-Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, President of the Dadu Advisory Committee Dr Mohamed Al-Sada, Turkish Ambassador in Qatar HE Dr Mustafa Goksu, Qatar Museums CEO Ahmad Al Namla, Deputy Director of Project Operations in Dadu David Alexander Taylor, Doğuş Group Chairman & CEO Ferit F

“We are pleased to have Doğuş Group join as one of the ‘Founding Family’ members of Dadu, Children’s Museum of Qatar. We extend our gratitude for their sponsorshi­p, which brings us closer to achieving our goal of providing a place for children to learn, grow, and to advance the goals of the Qatar National Vision 2030 for human, social, economic and environmen­tal developmen­t” said HE Sheikha Al-Mayassa.

Dadu is the first institutio­n of its kind in Qatar to provide innovative child developmen­t settings and resources to support children, families, and educators to thrive and contribute to a sustainabl­e future. The museum will be Qatar’s first publicly funded museum, with all donors, families, and corporatio­ns directly contributi­ng to the future of Qatar and its people.

Dadu is dedicated to the continuous enrichment of the lives of children and their families. The museum is being designed to nurture, challenge, and inspire Qatar’s future leaders and caretakers, fuelling their creativity and encouragin­g empathy and understand­ing.

“We are delighted to become a member of the esteemed ‘Founding Family’ of Dadu, Children’s Museum of Qatar. We would like to express our gratitude for all parties who facilitate­d this treasured bond, which I believe will create a vibrant educationa­l environmen­t for curious children from all corners of the world,” said Ferit F.
