‘Dadu’ signs on Dogus Group as Founding Family member
DADU, Children’s Museum of Qatar, has signed on Turkish Doğuş Group as one of the ‘Founding Family’ members of Qatar’s first publicly funded national entity in a ceremony that took place in the National Museum of Qatar.
The ceremony of the longterm sponsorship agreement signing was attended by key dignitaries including the Chairperson of Qatar Museums Her Excellency Sheikha Al-Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, President of the Dadu Advisory Committee Dr Mohamed Al-Sada, Turkish Ambassador in Qatar HE Dr Mustafa Goksu, Qatar Museums CEO Ahmad Al Namla, Deputy Director of Project Operations in Dadu David Alexander Taylor, Doğuş Group Chairman & CEO Ferit F
Şahenk, and Vice Chairman of Doğuş Group Hüsnü Akhan.

Dadu is the first institution of its kind in Qatar to provide innovative child development settings and resources to support children, families, and educators to thrive and contribute to a sustainable future. The museum will be Qatar’s first publicly funded museum, with all donors, families, and corporations directly contributing to the future of Qatar and its people.
Dadu is dedicated to the continuous enrichment of the lives of children and their families. The museum is being designed to nurture, challenge, and inspire Qatar’s future leaders and caretakers, fuelling their creativity and encouraging empathy and understanding.
