R Printing 40’s reaches 40 and above semis in Titan Watch–JBL tourney
JEDDAH: R Printing 40’s of Migz Diaz beat PICE 75-63 to book its place in the semifinals in the 40 and above division of the Titan Watch-JBL Invitational Basketball Tournament at Khalidia court here.
The R Printing defense was impregnable in the final quarter. PICE tried hard but missed important baskets. Padilla scored 27 points for R Printing 40’s and was adjudged as the Titan Watch best player of the game while Cortez had 15 points for PICE.

Clash of Friends of Noel Quito defeated Knights Eagles 88-83. Clash of Friends played their offense well in the whole game. Knights defense collapsed in the final quarter. Aquino collected 24 points for Clash of Friends and was adjudged as the Giordano Best Player of the game while Gonzales led Knights with 28 points.
In the Weak A Division, Jeddah Blazers won by default against Tetra Pak. In the JBL Teens, Juniors Yellow defeated Violet 72-64 for the second best-of-three championship series spot. Yellow played trapping defense in the final quarter to halt Violet offense. Osama Brown top-scored 24 points for Yellow and was adjudged as the JBL Best Player of the game while Herian Sena scored 34 points for Violet.
Violet beat Yellow 107-103 to claim its slot in the championship series in the Mix Seniors Juniors Division. Densen Dolloso scored 25 points for Violet and was adjudged as the Titan Watch Best Player of the game.
Light Blue of coach George Feliciano defeated Blue 93-87 to reach the Mix Seniors Juniors championship. Mohammad Usman topscored with 37 points and was adjudged as the JBL Best Player of the game.
In the Mosquito Division, Blue defeated Yellow 22-17 with Brent De Borja top-scoring on 12 points. Orange beat Black 30-27. CJ Monteroyo had 15 points. White defeated Red 25-14 as Hamza Suyat and CJ each scored 8 points.
Meanwhile, the JBL Teens-Parents Summer League will start next Saturday. Six teams will play single round elimination. The top four will advance to the semifinals and the two winners to fight in a best-of-three championship series.
