Riyad Bank launches new features for Golden Banking
Riyad Bank has launched new features and benefits for users of its Golden Banking services.
The target customers will be given priority service at all Riyad Bank branches and across its digital channels.
“These new benefits were carefully created to make customers feel privileged with such an exclusive and exquisite service,” a press release said.
Riyadh Al-Zahrani, executive vice president of retail banking division at Riyad Bank, emphasized the bank’s keenness to create “banking solutions that cater to customers’ needs and aspirations in line with international standards, as well as the bank’s long history and well-established experience in the banking industry.”
Al-Zahrani said the updated version will allow Golden Banking customers to access an easy and effective banking world and benefit from specially designed banking solutions all day long through Riyad Mobile and Riyad Online, as well as a dedicated number from inside and outside the Kingdom, in addition to 91 Golden Banking centers at different branches throughout the Kingdom.
Golden Banking benefits include discounts on Riyad Bank services and products such as administration fees, banking transactions, safety boxes, subscription fees of mutual funds and brokerage commissions through Riyad Capital, as well as offers on local and international brands and restaurants and access to VIP lounges at most airports around the world.
