EAU launches new business programs
Emirates Aviation University (EAU) is now offering five new business programs, responding to the demand for specialized, high-quality business related degrees.
The new programs address a spectrum of business majors leading to broader career opportunities for students when they graduate.
They are: Business Administration, Business with Accounting and Finance, Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business with HR Management, and Business with Marketing. All degrees are dually awarded by EAU in partnership with Coventry University and complement the existing programs offered by EAU Business School.
“Business degrees are extremely popular with both students and prospective employers. In addition to the aviation and aerospace programs on offer at EAU, our business programs enable students to explore care ers in a broad set of industries and areas of employment, such as government, health, education, and in the private and corporate sectors.
“We are always keen on providing the best for our students and we will continuously work on developing new programs in line with international standards and best practices, layering on to our already popular aviation engineering and aviation management degrees,” said Ahmad Al-Ali, EAU chancellor.
EAU recently hosted two Open Days in July, where it provided prospective students and their parents insight into the wide variety of courses on offer at the university, and they also had the opportunity to speak to academic staff from each subject area. Moreover, they also had the chance to tour the university’s state-of-art campus, which includes workshops for various aviation engineering majors, aircraft electronics and mechanical engineering, as well as dedicated sports areas and indoor halls. Student accommodation is now available for those who need to stay within the campus.
EAU is one of the region’s most prestigious universities, and it is also the Middle East’s leading educational institution for aeronautical engineering, aviation management, business management, aviation safety and security. Growing from a small college to a fullfledged university in 2014, it offers more than 44 programs in various fields of study.
