Expo Centre Sharjah to host 43rd MidEast Watch & Jewellery Show
Expo Centre Sharjah will host the 43rd MidEast Watch & Jewellery Show from Oct. 3-7, with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The 30,000-square meter venue will feature hundreds of exhibitors and brands from across the world, specializing in the design and manufacture of watches, jewelry and gold, as well as, diamonds, precious stones, pearls and others.
Saif Mohammed Al-Midfa, CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah and chairman of Arab Union for Exhibitions and Events, said the center has begun preparations to organize a new edition of the MidEast Watch & Jewellery Show in October. He said the center is taking all measures to ensure the success of the event and enhance its importance in the country, region and the world.
“The last show left an outstanding impression and received high satisfaction reviews from most exhibitors. The event witnessed a remarkable turnout like all of its successive sessions, which were dazzling with watches, jewelry, gold and diamonds and a variety of attractive activities and draws,” Al-Midfa said.
He said most exhibitors renewed their participation in the upcoming show, which “confirms the importance of the event.” Al-Mifda added that a number of local and foreign companies have joined the list of participants showcasing their latest products and fashion lines in the exhibition.
The bi-annual event attracts traders, manufacturers, craftsmen, designers as well as those interested in the watch and jewelery industry in the UAE and the region.
“The show has become one of the most important events hosted by Sharjah, which contributes to the promotion of its business activities ... it is one of the most important events in the field of watches and jewelry at the regional level,” Al-Mifda added.
The exhibition offers many opportunities to win valuable prizes, enter draws and win gifts on every purchase of 500 dirhams ($136) and above.
