Abdul Latif Jameel Land selects Yardi Voyager

One of Saudi Arabia’s leading land and property developers, Abdul Latif Jameel Land will utilize Yardi Voyager 7S, a browser-agnostic, fully mobile software-as-a-service platform, for residentia­l asset and property management.

Abdul Latif Jameel Land has a large real estate portfolio that comprises residentia­l and commercial properties across the Middle East, Europe and Eastern Asia. The company will adopt an integrated software platform that includes Yardi Voyager Residentia­l, RENTCafe and PAYscan.

Over the next five years, the company is expected to add numerous projects to its portfolio. These will range from the refurbishm­ent and constructi­on of their own assets and the participat­ion in national projects, such as the King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), and the developmen­t of high-quality, affordable middleinco­me housing.
