Abdul Latif Jameel Land selects Yardi Voyager

One of Saudi Arabia’s leading land and property developers, Abdul Latif Jameel Land will utilize Yardi Voyager 7S, a browser-agnostic, fully mobile software-as-a-service platform, for residential asset and property management.

Abdul Latif Jameel Land has a large real estate portfolio that comprises residential and commercial properties across the Middle East, Europe and Eastern Asia. The company will adopt an integrated software platform that includes Yardi Voyager Residential, RENTCafe and PAYscan.

Over the next five years, the company is expected to add numerous projects to its portfolio. These will range from the refurbishment and construction of their own assets and the participation in national projects, such as the King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), and the development of high-quality, affordable middleincome housing.
