Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa appoints main contractor
Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa, an iconic development strategically located on the last available plot to be built on Jumeirah Beach Walk skyline, has awarded its main construction contract to Multiplex Constructions LLC.
Multiplex has commenced mobilization for the construction of the mixed-use 77-story twin tower development with an effective built-up area of approximately 257,000 sq. meters. The project specifications include three basement levels, ground and podium levels, and 77 upper floors inclusive of the roof level.
The towers will also offer signature Address Spa facilities, high-end food and beverage outlets, retail and other lifestyle and entertainment amenities.

Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa was successfully launched in 2016 and since then the project has received strong investor interest — from both the UAE and international markets.
