Flyadeal opens flights to Jazan from Jeddah, Riyadh

-

flyadeal, Saudi Arabia’s new low-fare airline, has announced its fourth destination, the Southern port city of Jazan. Jazan will be served from both Jeddah and Riyadh, marking this the airline’s fourth destination from Jeddah and second destination from Riyadh as part of the steady expansion of services across the Kingdom. This was made possible by the addition of a fourth new A320 to its fleet, “Al-Janah” (The Wing), which arrived from the Airbus facility in Toulouse on Thursday. The aircraft can take up to 186 passengers in a singleclass, all-economy configuration.

flyadeal will start flying to Jazan on Dec. 21 with two daily flights between Jeddah and Jazan and two daily flights between Riyadh and Jazan.

By linking Jazan to Jeddah and Riyadh on a double-daily basis, flyadeal offers customers the opportunity to connect the western and central region with the southern region and explore the heritage and natural beauty of Jazan.

Con Korfiatis, CEO of flyadeal, said: “We are passionate about offering everyday low fares to meet the growing demand for low-cost travel to key cities across the Kingdom. It gives us great pleasure to be opening affordable services to the ‘Pearl of the South,’ a city known not only for its generosity and hospitality but also as a growing economic hub that is developing quickly. We look forward to bringing Jazan a flight full of smiles and giving customers more choices to fly there from both Jeddah and Riyadh. As always I would urge people to book early on flyadeal.com because seats at these fares are limited and once they are gone, they are gone!”

The “fly” fare of SR98 ($26) between Jazan and Jeddah and SR108 between Jazan and Riyadh includes a 10 kg cabin bag allowance and will be on sale at flyadeal.com for seven days until midnight on Thursday, for travel before March 25, 2018.
