EFS Facilities Services wins KAEC contract
EFS Facilities Services has won a contract to launch an integrated facility management venture worth SR13 million at the King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).
EFS will provide integrated facilities management services across the city, including catering, transportation and valueadded services such as the integration of smart technology and Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM). The contract will run over an initial period of three years.

KAEC is the largest privately funded new city development in the world, covering an area of 181 sq. km on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Coast. The city’s King Abdullah Port is one of the world’s top 100 container ports and feeds a growing logistics and light manufacturing hub.
The city is also the largest residential real estate company in Saudi Arabia in terms of sales and operates a wide range of commercial, leisure and retail outlets.
