Emaar Beachfront residences clinch $272m in sale
Emaar Development has recorded total sales worth approximately 1 billion dirhams ($272 million) at the launch of the first residences in Emaar Beachfront, the restricted island destination in the Arabian Gulf, following an “overwhelming response” from investors.
Offering residents exclusive access to a private beach, Emaar Beachfront opens to uninterrupted views of the Arabian Sea, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and the Dubai skyline. “Bringing Miami beach style living to Dubai, Emaar Beachfront delivers a new lifestyle choice that fulfils the aspirations of discerning customers who seek a serene residential getaway with access to beachside leisure and other luxurious lifestyle amenities,” a press release said.
Emaar Development’s recent launch of Beach Vista, a collection of homes set in a twintower development of 33-storys and 26-storys, recorded tremendous response from customers with all 375 residences launched sold out.
