BDL wins ‘Best Distributor in KSA’ award
Saudi-based IT distributor BDL was recently named the “Best Distributor in Saudi Arabia” at the annual Arabian Business Awards ceremony.
The awards honor Saudi business leaders for their outstanding performance and achievements in the IT sector as well as contribution to the Saudi community.
George Hageej, general manager of ITP Media Group, presented the award to Mahmoud Sheikha, CEO of BDL.
“We are delighted to receive this award for our 2017 performance. Our success is a result of our excellent team performance and strong network relationships with our partners.
“This award proves the determination of our leadership and superiority of BDL in the Kingdom, particularly in light of the fierce competition in this sector,” said Sheikha.
He said the company has pursued new policies of restructuring and expansion through a plan that aims to present BDL as a regional company with promising opportunities in IT distribution.
“BDL’s 2018 strategy focuses on expansion, organizational profit and emphasis on the performance of our obligations to our customers and partners. This will play a positive role in promoting the company’s growth and make signification contributions to the region’s IT sector,” he added.
According to the chief executive, the company’s focus on technical services and solutions has been regarded as a challenge that will take the company to the next level.
“One of our most important objectives in the future is the expansion of our IT products and technical support distribution. We also aspire to further expand in the Middle East and Africa,” Sheikha added.
