OSN CEO recognized as ‘Broadcast Executive of the Year’

Martin Stewart, CEO of OSN, a leading entertainment network in the region, has been recognized as the “Broadcast Executive of the Year” at the Digital Studio Awards 2018.

The award cements his position as one of the Middle East and North African (MENA) region’s foremost broadcast industry leaders.

The Digital Studio Awards 2018 acknowledge and reward excellence in the broadcast and production industry. The event is attended by the region’s TV and film movers and shakers, including producers, CEOs and dignitaries.

He said the award highlights OSN’s leadership and product innovation to enhance customer experience through various key initiatives, including the launch of WAVO, OSN’s online and mobile app entertainment platform that combines a unique blend of live and catch-up TV.

This also includes the launch of ASLI, the region’s first licensing ecosystem for content creators to produce and broadcast their original work, housed on WAVO and free for all to enjoy.
