Izabel Goulart gives us a lesson in Lebanese power dressing
Brazilian model Izabel Goulart was spotted wearing a suave Zuhair Murad suit in London on Monday — and we must say that if this luscious tux is anything to go by, the Lebanese label should be as celebrated for its two-piece ensembles as its coveted ballgowns.
Goulart, who is best known as having been a Victoria’s Secret
Angel from 2005 to 2016, took to Instagram late Monday to show off her power suit, which she wore to a Chopard-hosted event in the British capital.
“Off to celebrate the holiday season with @chopard in (an) @ zuhairmuradofficial tuxedo,” she wrote on Instagram.
The caption was posted alongside a sultry snap of the former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model posing in the back of a car while wearing the white suit.
The tuxedo, with its panels of sheer lace, was tied at the waist and worn with nothing underneath — a rather risqué take on the classic suit by Goulart. The model finished off the outfit with a heavy greenand-silver Chopard jewelry set and slicked back hair
The fashion label took to Instagram to repost the photo, captioning it: “@izabelgoulart looks dashing and chic in a white Zuhair Murad ensemble from the ready-to-wear spring/summer 2019 collection.”
Goulart isn’t the only star to show off a look by the label this week, however. Canadian actress and model Shay Mitchell, who shot to fame for her role in TV show “Pretty Little Liars,” took to Instagram to post a shot of her wearing another Murad creation on Monday.
The psychedelic two-piece outfit hails from the label’s readyto-wear resort 2019 collection and features a matching set of widelegged pants and a wrap-around top.
With a color scheme of blush pink, yellow, black and grey and a busy print, it’s an outfit that is sure to turn heads — especially when worn by the likes of Mitchell.
