Abdul Latif Jameel Land, Al-Muhaidib launch Muheel
Abdul Latif Jameel Land and AlMuhaidib Group have launched a new joint venture — Muheel — an integrated facilities management company (IFM) in Saudi Arabia. Headquartered in Jeddah, Muheel aims to become one of the leading IFM companies in the Kingdom and across the Middle East.
The partnership is aligned with one of the core goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which is to create a thriving economy open for business, enabling the growth and international competitiveness of the national economy.
The partnership also reflects Abdul Latif Jameel Land’s commitment to expanding its breadth of capabilities into the facilities management sector as part of its strategy to become a leading player in the regional property and property services market. The partnership builds upon the extensive 40-year IFM experience and expertise of AlMuhaidib Group.
Muheel aims to support vital economic growth industries including oil and gas, education, aviation, health care, infrastructure, government as well as commercial and residential sectors, delivering IFM services across Saudi Arabia’s rapidly diversifying economy.
The 1,600-staff company is led by CEO Jason Ruehland.
