Selena Gomez was trending on Twitter worldwide after revealing her new song title.

The 27-year-old singer, who has more than 58 million followers on Twitter, posted a black and white portrait of herself with the caption: “I needed to lose you to love me. 10.23” and a link for fans to hear the new song on Oct. 23. The image was the latest in a series of cryptic tweets from the celebrity. Others included a throwback shot of her when she was a toddler and the caption: “I gave my all and they all know it,” and an illuminated sign that reads: “I saw the signs and I ignored it.”

A further tweet, from Oct. 17, is a moody black and white image of the singer and a caption that says: “Rose colored glasses all distorted.” “Lose You to Love Me” will be the first track from her new album. The last album from the Disney star was “Revival” back in 2015.

Fans are already speculating that the new song is about her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, who wed Hailey Baldwin in a courtroom ceremony last year and then had a second ceremony late last month. @_tiffanytaylor said: “Wow. I can’t wait to hear what I can only imagine is a vulnerable, emotional and inspiring song.” @SKMom75 said: “Looking forward to hearing Selena Gomez’ new song. Based on the title “Lose you to love me “I’m pretty sure this song is about Justin Bieber.”

@gibsonoma, quoting the song’s lyrics, said: “Y’all, if Selena Gomez’s new song #LoseYouToLoveMe isn’t about Justin Bieber then I don’t freaking know anymore.”
