Welcome to Singapore

Over 24 nationalities were represented among the 80 or so people who came together for the British Council’s first Coffee Morning. This series of informal coffee sessions aims to help expats settle into Singapore, giving them useful insider information about local culture, customs and dining spots. There was also a fun lesson on Singlish etiquette, followed by a Q&A session with a panel of local experts.
